I have an air conditioner and when it reaches the desired temperature inside, the indoor unit fan continues to operate permanently. Is it normal?

In cooling mode is normal. However in heating mode the indoor fan is controlled based on the temperature of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit. If this temperature is above a certain value (around 25ºC) the fan continues to run, if temperature drops enough, the fan can come to a complete stop.

Yes, all MUPR use Inverter technology, all models with letter R are Inverter.
