Copeland Digital Scroll Compressor
In traditional air-cooling systems, output capacity is controlled by turning the compressor on/off. The precision of the control mode is not very good, and the compressor starts and stops frequently, which is not good for its lifespan.
The air-cooled Digital Scroll system breaks with the traditional design, designed with a parallel connection of a Digital Scroll compressor and one (or two) fixed Scroll compressors. The system can achieve a linear adjustment of its capacity from 0.5% to 100%, making the range one of the widest in the industry. When the system is operating at partial load, the cooling or heating power can be precisely adjusted.
Modular System
Modular design allows up to 16 units to operate together, forming a unit of up to 1024kW.
Low Temperature Operation
Thanks to the fan condensation control, the units can operate in both cooling and heating down to -10°C ambient temperature.
Easy Connection
Easy connection between the master unit and the slave units. All units can be connected via a wired remote control (included with each unit), using a shielded three-pole cable.
Safeguard Function
If the unit gives an error code (E*):
– If it is the master unit, all units stop (one of the slaves can be configured as master to leave the system in service temporarily).
– If it is a slave unit, only that unit stops.
If the unit gives a protection code (P*), that unit stops but the rest continue to run, regardless of whether it is the master or not (except codes PE and P9).
New Heat Exchangers
More reliable system thanks to the new heat exchangers. The 30kW modules incorporate a concentric tube (double tube) heat exchanger, while the 65 kW modules have a shell and tube heat exchanger.
Verification Function
From the display on the unit’s electronic board, different operating parameters can be checked in real time.
Built-in Wired Remote Control
All equipment in the series incorporates a control that allows you to adjust all operating parameters.
Silent Operation
Optimized fan design to minimize noise level.
