Water Chillers and Heat Pumps GALAXY / ZENIT Series
Galaxy and ZENIT water chillers and heat pumps guarantee maximum energy efficiency throughout the high-efficiency operating cycle with air condensation for external installation.
They are available in a wide range of multi-compressor models with cooling capacities from around 40 to 180 kW. All units are designed and equipped with Scroll-type compressors, use R410A refrigerant, and are sized to obtain optimum energy efficiencies, especially high with partial loads.

In both the Standard and silenced versions, all units can integrate optional devices that allow them to be adapted to the different needs related to the installation.

Silent
All models, in standard execution, provide for the placement of the compressors in an acoustically isolated compartment. The noise emission is moderate and completely compatible with the silence standards that are normally required.
For particularly low acoustic emission requirements, the SLN version is available, on which, in addition to enhancing the soundproofing of the compressor compartment, fans with reduced rotation speed and increased heat exchange surfaces are used to guarantee high energy efficiencies.
Simple
It facilitates and speeds up installation and maintenance thanks to the quick connections to the utilization circuit, the predisposition for electrical connections and the complete functional approval before shipment.
The units can also have pumping units, partial heat recovery and inertial accumulation already installed, bringing together all the main components of the system in a single solution.
Flexible
Thanks to the new regulation, many more functions to satisfy all usage requirements.
Main functions of the regulation:
- Control of the activation of the compressors based on the return water temperature or, upon request, the supply to the installation.
- Visual and acoustic alarm signaling with on-screen display of the type of alarm that has occurred or, if there is more than one, the sequence of these in temporal order.
- Possibility of managing one/two external pumps or those incorporated in the machine.
- Calculation of the operating time for the compressor and the pump.
- Memorization of the data of the operating parameters in case of power failure to the system.
- Historical alarm log.
- Possibility of dynamic control based on the external temperature.
- Terminals for remote on/off control of the unit by means of a voltage-free contact.
- Voltage-free contact for general alarm available on the terminal board.
Efficient
Regulation and controls are managed from a microprocessor unit coupled to safety devices provided in the machine or connected externally. Self-adaptation in various load conditions, thanks to the availability of several capacity steps and the logic of regulations developed to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum wear.
Ecological
For ecological reasons, the Galaxy Zenit series uses the new generation of HFC 410A (R410a) refrigerant gas, which has a higher cooling performance (+50~55% compared to the previous generation) due to a higher density and working pressures.
This feature allows the use of components (compressors, tubes, etc.) of smaller dimensions and savings or energy, since the devices are also of a higher energy class.
