Water Chillers and Heat Pumps EWR / PR Series
Water coolers and heat pumps with air condensation designed for indoor installation.
The series consists of 3 models that operate in single-phase and 14 models that operate in three-phase with a power between 4.9kW and 74.2kW in cooling mode, and between 5.5Kw and 91.6kW in heat pump mode.
All models are equipped with hermetic Scroll compressors and are dimensioned for the use of R407C refrigerant.
The assembly must be carried out in an integrated structure in galvanized steel profile, painted with polyester powders dried in the oven. All models are supplied wired and prepared for connection to the installation where they are to be used.
Before delivery, each unit undergoes rigorous testing and the proper functioning of all safety components is tested.

AP Model:
Pumping and water accumulation section supplied separately (except mods. 05-06-08-10 whose pumping section is supplied inside the unit) and complete with No. 1 (possibility of another pump in stand-by), water circulation pump with all service taps, accumulation tank, expansion tank, safety valve, safety flow switch and drain tap.
The hydraulic connections are made with steel pipes insulated with closed-cell foam rubber mattress.
The pump control is carried out by the microprocessor incorporated in the unit.
HP Model:
(except for mods. 05-06-08-10), the units provide greater lifting height, because the useful static pressures in the air expulsion are greater.
Main Components Standard Unit
Hermetic Scroll compressor that guarantees high efficiency, as well as low noise level and minimal vibrations.
Model 091 incorporates motor thermoamperometric protection and shut-off valves as standard. Finned pack-type cooling condenser, made with copper tubes, aluminum fins and galvanized steel exchanger support frame. A model with copper fins or pre-painted aluminum suitable for very aggressive atmospheres can be supplied on request.
Dry expansion plate-type evaporator with AISI-316 stainless steel brazing or copper tube bundle and steel cladding, depending on the models, insulated by means of a closed-cell, high-thickness anti-condensation blanket.
It has threaded hydraulic connections that facilitate its installation.
A safety resistance against ice can be supplied on request.
Main Functions
Control of the operation of the compressors according to the return water temperature; rotation/activation of the compressors and partialized control of 2 or 4 degrees depending on the models; signaling of optical and acoustic alarms with visualization on the display of the type of alarm activated or its temporal sequence; possibility of controlling an external pump or mounted on the machine; calculation of the operating time of the compressor and the pump; memorization of the programmed parameters if there is a power failure in the system.
Possibility of connection to the remote control panel by wall mounting.
