Contact with the MUNDOCLIMA Technical Service<br\/>On the Website you will find a section relating to the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) through which we intend to help you find the most appropriate solution to any problem or breakdown that exists in your equipment.<br\/>In this section we will try to solve your problem through a virtual assistant and, if the breakdown persists, you can contact the MUNDOCLIMA Technical Service through the online form provided or by filling out an Intervention Request.<br\/>2.1.3. Product Registration<br\/>We also have a Product Registration section, where you can register your MUNDOCLIMA equipment by completing the corresponding form. The information provided is collected for the purpose of facilitating the management of warranties and after-sales services, providing technical assistance and updates related to the registered equipment, and statistical and market data to improve our products and services.    <br\/>We inform you that the product registration form is filled out through the platform of a provider linked to SALVADOR ESCODA; in order to register your equipment, the User must fill in the fields requested in the registration form, which may include their personal data, such as their name, surname, address, postal code, place of residence, telephone number and email, as well as data relating to their equipment and any other additional data that will be indicated.<br\/>2.1.4. Majority of age<br\/>To be able to browse the contents of our Website, the majority of age is not necessary.
