Maxi MVD V5X (2 pipes)

The new modular system Super DC Inverter Maxi MVD V5X (2 pipes) consists of 8 basic modules that can be combined, allowing a maximum power of 246 kW and being the highest and a maximum pipe length up to 1000 m.

Super DC Inverter

All compressors and motors incorporate a DC Inverter fan motor and a compressor, in this way performance is improved in middle frequencies and ensure a more sensitive and effective control.

Max. capacity the market offers (up to 246 kW). With up to 4 of 8 basic combinable modules (8, 10 , 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 y 22 HP) the unit represents the highest capacity with 88 HP (246 kW) which the market can offer at the moment.

Max. efficiency with SEER up to 7.3

Thanks to the new design of the heat exchanger with three rows, the exchange surface has increased up to 21%.

Auto addressing

The outdoor unit can assign address to the indoor units automatically.
Wireless controls and wiring KJR-29B, can also configure, query and modify the addresses of the indoor units.

Simplified communication connection

The installation of the communication wiring is simpler because in case you need to install a centralized control is not necessary to wire a second bus for communication between the   indoor units and the central control. You can connect the central control directly to the outdoor unit and perform automatic routing, so the control detects all indoor units connected to that outdoor unit, after you can  modify the address manually with individual control of each indoor unit.

Precise temperature control

Thanks to the advantages of digital scroll compressor, the system can quickly achieve maximum performance and shorten heating and cooling time.

Low sound level

The optimal fan and the new design of the outlet air grill and the baffle allow a higher air flow and a minor sound level during operation.

Night mode

The possibility to establish a night schedule which might decrease the sound level. There are four different reduction levels.

Fast defrosting

Reduction technology of the defrost time. 

Rotación & Backup

Thanks to the rotation function every unit can be started as master unit in a modular system, therefore, all compressors will work the same amount of hours.

Maximum length of pipe up to 1000 m

The Maxi MVD V5X+ system supports a maximum length of pipe up to 1000 m and a height difference of 90m or even 110m in case the outdoor unit is installed lower than indoor units.

High static pressure

Due to the configuration of a micro emergency stop the static pressure of the fan can be increased by 40 Pa, thus it is possible to control the air discharge.

Total compatibility

The Maxi MVD V5X system is compatible with all MVD indoor units.

Notes:

(1) Nominal cooling conditions : Indoor 27 °C DB, 19 °C WB and outdoor 35 °C DB, 24ºC WB pipe length of 7.5 m and a height difference of 0 m.

(2) Nominal heating conditions: Indoor 20 °C DB, 15 °C WB and outdoor 7 °C DB, 6ºC WB pipe length of 7.5 m and a of height difference of 0 m.

(3) Noise level measured in semi-anechoic chamber at 1m distance front and 1.3m high.

(4) In case of a height difference higher than 20 m it is recommended to install a oil tramp every 10 m in the gas pipes.

(5) Pipe diameter are of stop valves, this does not mean that the pipe should be this diameter. The oil balance pipe is only needed when two or more modules are connected.

(6) Power wiring recommended for L < 20 m, for longer distances will be calculated.

(7) Data measured under EUROVENT EN 14825 conditions, at 100% simultaneity with indoor units of the duct type.
